Septic Inspections

At BHI we provide a thorough, in-depth septic inspection. We are licensed through the Maryland Onsite Wastewater Professional Association (MOWPA) as well as Pennsylvania Septage Management Association. We will dig down to open the septic tank main access lids. The internal components of the septic tank will be visually inspected for deficiencies. If a distribution box is present, it is located, the soil will be excavated and the distribution box is opened and assessed. From there, absorption systems are inspected with cameras and probed to determine if the absorption system is failing or functioning properly. Photographs are taken and a report is generated with a site map of your system for your future reference.
