  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Inspection Report

  • A detailed inspection report will be provided within a specified timeframe after the inspection.
  • The report is based on observable conditions at the time of inspection and is not a substitute for professional evaluations of specific systems.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Briarwood Home Inspections is not liable for defects that are not visible or accessible at the time of inspection.
  • The maximum liability for any claims arising from an inspection is limited to the inspection fee paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property and all relevant areas on the inspection date.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the property.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept specified forms of payment listed on our website.
